Holle and I were very close and losing her at such an early age and so quickly ...I really don't know how I would have managed without your kindness, caring and compassion. Coming to pick her up and returning her home to me as quickly as you did was more than I ever imagined you could do and helped me more than you will ever know. You are a very great group of people and I will never forget how wonderful you are.

We went out to the wall in December to take a wreath for Cinder and Ace. I want you to know how much we appreciated the beautiful Christmas decorations; it was just lovely! We noticed that "our side" of the wall has begun to fill up, and we were especially gratified to see that several other special memorial pieces have been added. Also, I want to thank you again for the special day you planned in commemoration of Pet Memorial Day last September. We so enjoyed it. We thank you so much---First of all, for having the idea of the wall, and secondly, for keeping this most special place so beautiful for those of us who spend time there...You guys are just the best, and we love you all.

I wanted to write and thank you for your kindest consideration and thoughts when we lost Rags. I have been meaning to write sooner, but I have found it too difficult. Thank you so much for your understanding of the love that we had for Rags. She was the most wonderful puppy that anyone could have in their lives. You knew what she meant to us. Thank you for giving her such a beautiful place to sleep when she came home to us.
